Family Law Calculations
We value defined benefit superannuation interests in accordance with the provisions of the Family Law Act 1975 for property settlements. An accrued during relationship report is also available.

Economic Loss Claims
We calculate both past and future earnings/super losses for motor and workplace accidents. The quantification can include Fox v Wood Claims; Funds Management Costs etc if relevant.

Testamentary & Other
We can quantify the current value of life and remainder interests; family provision claims; share options; future care costs; investment losses; negligent financial and tax advice etc.
